UK surfing Mecca, and location of the BUCS surfing competition. Picks up a lot of swell throughout the year, but can very crowded when its on. If it's too big try Towan or Great Western around the corner.

Long drive from southampton, quite close to central Newquay, easily walkable.
There is free on road parking on Pentire head overlooking South Fistral, or alternatively car parks at either North Fistral or a short walk through the golf course.
